The rain was terrible last night. Unfortunately I forgot to order milk to tesco order so lee had to go out in car and get some.
It is a gorgeous day today though. i'm having my hair cut at 12 so mam & dad will be in town with the kids. Lee is playing rugby.
Our computer was playing up yesterday so I wasn't happy. I watch Moving Wallpaper and Echo beach - Lee thought is was such crap acting he said her is never watching it again. Well, I like it.
Wha is everyone up to this weekend?

Morning, and what a night that was, first we have the earthquake of a couple of nights ago and then the torrential wind last night, the first thing we've got to do is to check everythings still ok with the roof etc, the bug tree opposite us took a good hammering and is missing a few branches so I dread to think what else has happened29/2/08 17:18
HI Clare, sorry you've been left talking to yourself, although you've probably had quite a good conversation , lol, I've been busy and not had much time to check on bounty, and to be honest i've had one of those moods where I can't even be bothered with ebay so I've tried to stay of the pc a bit but when I come on its taken up with emails, queries etc, and then today I've been cleaning non stop,

Oliver went back to nursery this morning. He was really excited as well.

afternoon, sounds like you can't win with your mum clare, I never wanted to go back full time and end was quite lucky that I only did a few hours on the days that I worked during the week.
I agree that the benefit from nursery and playgroups etc, I was always asked why I put mine in when I was a SAHM and didn't I feel guilty, but at the end of the day it does them good and it certainly does us good to have some alone time, BUT I couldn't put a 6 week old baby in full time like some do, I just can't see the point of having a baby in that case.
Anyway off to sort dinner as Marks just come in

Yeah, just gonna see how it all goes. I have got to work to pay the bills or we will end up selling up and renting! My mam just doesn't see it like that. She thinks that I should stay at home and cut back on things. Yes we have Sky but it is hardly going to save us much if we get rid of it. It won't make a dint in the bills. Lee said if she gave us some money to clear the bills etc I could stay at home. I wouldn't tell her that though, they have helped us out in the past.
It is only for up to 9 months, you never know what could happen then?

Clare, I think fair play to you for going back to work full time,
I do just under ft hours and my family tell me im wrong because of putting leo into nursery for so many days, But its a case of having to work..... Leos come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and if i were to have another child id do the same.

I'm still in shock about the job. I have spent most of the day yesterday sorting out childcare and stuff. I haven't decided what day I will be finishing my current job. I would like a few days to get stuff sorted at home before I go straight into the next job.
Had an arguement with my mam about going to full time. She said that I'm putting too much on my dad. I can't do anything right. I'm wrong if I don't have a job and I'm wrong if I do! My dad just seems laid back about it and said that he would do as much as he could. Lee's mam can help out in April when she goes back to her normal shifts at the hospital.

Ive just got off the phone to my sister, Been chatting for over an hour Her bill not mine haha
Ive got an interview on thursday about doing a NVQ in retail management, I'll be doing it whilst at work and th woman will come in the shop everyweek to see me, Hopefully she will see me as a good canditate and say yes to taking me under her wing lol. Even tho i am a manager its good to get the qualification
Well ive just sold some pjs over on buy and sell and they have been paid for so i'll get them wrapped then im gonna head into bed, alans out with his uncle playing darts although i did think he would be back by now (as it is a monday night)!!

evening, well done on the job clare, are you going to take it or still look for something else, You ought to have seen if you could have got an office vacancy at the wildlife park and then had a staff discount on your annual pass, lol, that was the only reason I went for a job at mothercare when I was 9 weeks pregnant, but in the end I didn't take it stayed at crappy old matalan and used my staff discount on baby & kids clothes instead.

Just got a call. I got that job that I went for the interview for! I a bit shocked as the interview was so short. I have to let them know about my notice. It is a bit of a bugger as it will be right on easter and half term but there isn't much I can do about that. I have rung nursery about getting them in and they are ringing me back.

morning, can't believe we've only just got up, cal stopped at his nans last night and kieran must have slept late and didn't disturb us so I only happened to glance at the clock and thought S**t, just glad that I didn't just turn over and close my eyes again or god knows what time we'd have slept till. In my defence we have had two lousy nights with kieran keeping us awake so we must be recovering from that.

Morning, shame about the phone clare hope she was understanding about it.
I'm not sure what we're going to do as we had a bad night again with the eldest, for saying he's got a bad throat and its sore he's doing an awful lot of shouting out and crying during the night, most of which he's not actually awake for but of course its waking us up so we look like the living dead at the moment.

Had a few bit sell last night. Ihad to give a refund to the lady who bought the phone as I couldn't find the USB cable she wanted it for her daughters birthday next week. I have relisted it for tonight stating that as yet I cannot find the USB cable. We will just see how it goes.

that was the same as us clare, mark went out once the kids were in bed and he said he's never going again on a friday night as it was packed (despite it being nearly 10pm)
We've just been pottering around the house today, I've dealt with the payments that have come in, listed about 6 things, and been to do a bit of grocery shopping for today including another bottle of Moet which we'll have tonight rather than tomorrow as I wont drink the night before I know I'll be driving, so hopefully we'll be able to get the kids in bed early and the mothers day treats will start today rather than tomorrow.
