Congratulations!!!!!! So pleased for you, especially as u have the girl u wanted!! The 3 white lines were really clear on my scan and they are the girls genitalia.. i had read this somewhere about this! I bet u will sleep soundly tonight!!! I know i did after mine, was such a relief!!

Charlie - have u felt anything yet???? 22 weeks tomorrrow..
Jue - hope u ok and have good week off! The spending was great!!! But very tiring..!

well i had my scan today and everything is fine with the babies!! im having a boy and a girl :D im really pleased casue as you know i have two boys!! the boy as so obvious and she wouldnt say 100% if twin 2 was a girl but said there where no obvious bits to say it was a boy and it had 3 white lines whatever that means.
Dont think i will rush out and buy anything just yet. have another scan in 4 weeks so will get the consultant to double check before i start buying PINK!!!
babies are a good size and moving about loads although they look really cramped in there!! think i seen every half hour on the clock last night worrying about today so i am wrecked now!!

Hope everyone else is feeling ok? Jue i dont have another scan til 28 weeks (although dh and i booked 4d scan at 26 weeks as anniversary pressie to each other).
Had good but tiring day shopping... got two gorgeous cot beds... PINK!!! (hope scan was right haha)! mattresses, some sheets, 2 snow suits , 2 blankets and vests... so finally mde a start! The new car was great as sh took seats out last night and it was like having a van!! Marvellous!
Back to work tomorrow
but only one day til weekend!xx

Julie... only 1 more sleep till your scan!! i couldnt believe how detailed it is, twin 2 was lying with his legs wide open playing up for the camera! he wouldnt stop moving! it is so nice to see them..roll on 3 weeks till 24 week scan!
sally.. i feel massive aswell you are not the only 1!! and i am sure the worst is yet to come!! haha
Charlie.. hope you are ok, when have you got your next scan?

huge congrats - one of each - lovely! My sister has one of each who are now 2 and i spent the day witht them yesterday... exhausting but lovely ands they adore each other!!!
Julie - i was exactly the same, couldnt sleep was a nervous wreck so i do understand, one more day to go and then u will see our lovely babies.. i am sure all will be fine like me, its just a scary time!!

Am off now as running late to collect my mum for trip to ikea and bluewater so i can spend lots of money on baby stuff!!!

Hi guys. congratulations on finding out what you are having. I am not going to find out just because partner and I discussed it and decided not to.
I feel huge at the moment. It might have something to do with the fact that I have just had a big tea. Do you all know wot pram you are getting?? I have thought about the graco one but apparently its really heavy.
2 more nights sleep till your scan, cant wait for mine seems ages away (4th Aug) it will just be nice to see the little babies again. X X

Morning ladies, was awake every hour last night! excited about scan! but also nervous, hope everything goes well and the twins are ok, got to meet dh at the hosp because he cant get out of the office till 1/2 hr before so going to have a walk around town first.

i was awake half the night again worrying about my scan on fri. dont know exactly what im worried about but im exhauted thinking about it. really want to kno the sex and also afraid something might be wrong but i supposed thats only natural. feeling a bit weepy today but its prob cause of the lack of sleep! just 2 more sleeps til the scan
will be on later to check how jue got on xx

Thanks ladies. Well let me tell you abit about myself, I am 33 with a child already but he is 11 so quite an age gap!! But hopefully a babysitter on tap. Had a miscarriage last year so finding out I was pregnant again was scary but to find out it was twins was doubly scary. We have both got used to the fact now though. I am 17 + 4 so still along way to go yet. Got 20 week scan on the 4th Aug and once that is over with I can start enjoying the pregnancy. Cant wait to buy things. How far gone is everyone else??? X X X X

julie, i think i have started to leak a tiny bit havent frelt ant wet but sometimes have like dry flakes! the worst is prob yet to come.
kate, my tummy feels big already!! can really feel the twins moving and kicking alot now esp at night.

OMG girls tmi but my boobs started to leak yesterday!!!
thank god i was in the house and not anywhere else. will have to invest in some if those very sexy breast pads!!!!!! oh the joys. im 20+1 today so half way or prob over half as we will all prob go early! its so scary at times but exciting as well!
i dont see the midwife again until 30 weeks!!!!!!! but see the consultant at 24 and 28. she said she will give me the steroids at 28 weeks in case they come early which i think is a great idea. most hospitals dont offer it routiney but mine seems too i guess everywhere is diff in how they do things!! make you wonder what is supposed to be the right way !
im off today which is great although will spend most of it running around after the boys and cleaning!!! we where down at my mums for the weekend so nothing was done.

Hi Sally! Welcome.. think we all want reassuance with our pregnancies so more than welcome to join us!! We all did a bit of a get to know each other at the start if u fancy doing the same? Is it your first pregnancy?? Hope u are finding it ok?

Charlie - 19 weeks to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (am counting down instead of up now!) Have u seen consultant yet? I have mine on 22nd July, and have 25 week gp antenatal check on 8th Aug.. not sure what they do are u?? And hope u enjouyed all that choc.... haha! I seem to pig out on whatever and then feel ill and bloated... had dominoes pizza tonight though yum!
My tummy is def growing quite quick now.. put my profile pic on facebook as it as feel quite proud!!! Am off to ikea and lakeside this week to start the shopping....!!!
Jue - I saw MW for booking in at 10 weeks, then again after 12 week scan and then friday which was when they told me too.. next is GP at 25 weeks then i think MW was at 28 weeks...? Have to checkk my notes! It seems to work differently everywhere!

I hope all you girlies are having a lovely weekend. My nephew is over from Canada so it has been lovely catching up with him.
I just can;t seem to stop eating Chocolate. I demolished a packet of jaffa cakes last night and have just made my way through half a packet of chocolate fingers.

Sorry I haven't been on for a while. Julie I am thrilled for you and hope you had a good night sleep.
Kate - I can;t recall where you said you lived but Bluewater and Lakeside is where I go shopping. I live above 10 mins from junction 5 of the M25 - Sevenoaks. It only takes me half an hour to get there.
Wouldn;t it be good if we could all meet up at some point.
I am just off out to see my sister who lives round the corner from me. Hope you all have a nice weekend.
p.s anyone finding that they are really tired. I seem to be sleeping lots and lots.
