hey hun i have non id girls and went thru a similar thing, my slower twin was actually the quieter one thou so i always wondered if i had spent less time with her sister - a huge attention seeker- would she have developed quicker??? my first twin - the slower one didnt get her 1 st tooth till a week before her 1st birthday yet her sis had her first 2 from 5 months!!!she sat up 2 months later than her sister, crawled 4 months later than her sister but then caught up quite a bit cos her sister could stand almost as soon as she could crawl and cruised everywhere but as soon as ma slower twin could crawl she started to walk so there was actally only 3 weeks in between them both walking. she has always been slower at everything physical but has always bin alot larger - 5lb weight differance - so i think that might have something to do with it!!!but saying that she has a larger vocabulary than her sister so she is better at something!!!they will catch up hun dontw worry x

hiya all babies are totally different, i think having twins you realise that more as they get older, sounds like your ds is very physical and your dd is very vocal, they will get there in the end! I really wouldnt; worry about it, you dd could surprise you and get up and walk before ds! xx

    Hiya!

I have 11 month old non indentical twins. DS has 4 teeth is crawling & walking whilst holding on to things.... DD has NO TEETH isn’t crawling isn’t pulling herself up but She is very vocal. Health visitor says not to worry but i am slightly concerned that she isnt progressing as fast as her brother... I know every child develops at their own rate but she is 11 months old and just shuffles backwards????

i just feel like i'm doing something wrong. She wasnt happy on her front till she was 6-7 months old. And was always very mummy orientated in the sense of not being happy on daddy so all my time was mainly spent on her (i didnt ignore my son) she just cried more etc etc.. :-( i dont know what to do
