Hiyas... im twin mum to 19month old girls as well as a 9 yr old and 5yr plus 11yr & 8yr old every other wk end...life is hectic but i wouldnt have it any other way!!! Check out the twin forum we have started a chat thread!!!! my twins were born 6lb 15 and 6lb 9 so like urs they were good weights.. that pregnancy was by far the hardest thing i have EVER done lol

Hi to twin mummies or twin mummies to be,

I was in shock for two days when i was told i was having identical twins!!!!  I have a 11 year old son too and a husband so my house is full of males!!!

I had terrible morning, noon and night sickness and constantly felt tired and I was huge, well all belly really, surprisingly my boobs didnt get that big!!!  I had them by c-section at 37 weeks as I was told they were a good weight and i started to experience high blood pressure etc. 

Connor was born at 6lb 4oz and 4mins later Ryan was born at 6lb, so they were good weights!!!  I found i didnt get the instant connection like when I had my first son, Liam naturally as I was being sick and being stitched up but that bond grew as soon as I had my first cuddle.

Skipping ahead a little as I am tired they are now 18months old and sleep at night really well, eat well, play games with each other and unfortunatley fight!!!  Well you cant have it all I suppose!

Better go and get some sleep cos as we know twins are exhausting!  If anyone would like to reply I would love to chat and swop tips.
