he might just be getting more tired sucking then she does so dosent feed 4 as long. i no my ds didnt start taking from a bottle till 10 days old n didnt get the hang of latching on till almost 3 weeks old. the sucking tired him out n he would only take 10-15 mls at 1st but dd was taking from bottle and breast at 3 days old, taking full feeds from bottle at 1 week old but was 2 tired out 2 take all the feeds by herself untill she was 10 days old ds took all his feeds at 11 days old but never took as much as she did even tho he was bigger.

you could try passifying him 4 as long as possible b4 feeding maybe make him w8 2hr 10 min 4 a few feed n then 2hr 20 min n then he might get more hungry n take a lil more 2 last him longer. u may have already tried all this but giving water, a dummy, swinging him, i find a bath keeps mine quiet no matter how hungry they r so if he likes baths maybe get 1 ready 4 when he is due n give him a bath so should keep him settled 4 a lil while longer

    xx

    I have a questionLubi22

    Hey ladies,

i had Twins 12 days ago and things are going well. My daughter is feeding every 4 hours and my little boy takes smaller feeds and wants to feed every 2 hours. We really want to get him on par wit his sisster as we are knackered during the night. I wondered if anyone had any ideas ?????
