Hiya Im Carla I have id twin girls who are 8 months old born Dec 3 and im due Jan 1st with non identical twins a girl and boy, its great being a twin mummy and although its hard I cant wait to do it all over again.

The girls were my first pregnancy and we had tried 2 years to get pregnant so we were so happy but these two were a complete surprise as we were using contraception I was still BF the girls and so had no periods I was 8 weeks before I even knew lol!

welcome zoe and congrats on your twin pregnancy, im  michelle 25 expecting non id girls, all i can say is rest, rest and more rest and take any help that is offered, my little girl 18 months has gone off to her grans and aunties today cos i just cant manage at the mo, it will get hard but it will all be worth it, good luck and keep us posted

I'm also having id girls, mine due on 17th of December, my first prgnancy too so I'm in a similar situation to you.  How are you finding things?  Its hard to know with no comparisons but I think I'm doing ok.  Was very tired and quite sick for the first 12 weeks but been fine since.  I'm in the Cardiff area thogh so not that close to you in Birmingham.

I've got my fourth scan tomorrow.  Be nice to see the bubs again and check all is ok.

My name is Jenni im an old bird lol (36) and I come from Essex ive got a DS who will be 7 at the end of the month and im 32+2 with BG twins.

Enjoy your pregnancy cos im uncomfortable now and am wishing the weeks away lol.

hi congrats on ur twins n wellcome! im 21 n my twins Elliott and Alicia r now 10 weeks n 5 days old! as for advice on coping with twins get all the help u possibly can sleep whenever u can even if its just lyin down 4 10 mins n eat properly! when mine 1st came home i got no sleep didnt eat anything n hardly drank n it got very hard n shipped em off 2 my mums 4 a night got a good sleep n sum decent food n it was so much better! love being a twin mummy its gr8 even tho they r cranky at the mo cz they ill after their injections but its gr8! twice the smiles n twice the cuddles!!
