    Hi Kate

Im 20 weeks pregnant with twins and I haven't had any side effects at all.  I have had no sickness just tiredness and just before my 12 weeks very hungry all the time.  Mine were through IVF  so had a scan after 3 weeks which confirmed twins.  My accupunturist was  convinced I only had one baby as I had no sypmtons.  I think everyone is different and  the only way you can tell is through a scan.

    How many weeks are you?
