hi kate, i am the same as charlie, twin 1 is head down still and i feel very strong kicks high up and twin 2 seems to move all the time, most kicks are at the bottom and on my bladder and not as strong as twin 1, try not to worry too much but i am sure the midwife wouldnt mind it if you call, i have had a water infec this week and my tummy has been hurting and my midwife said if in doubt go to the hosp to be monitored, take care xx

    Hi Kate

If you're worried call the widwife and I am sure she will see you to cheak everything is ok.

I seem to only feel movement (kicks) from Twin 1 as head down and the kicks are at the top of my tummy but twin two is breach and I rarely feel kicks. I only feel twin 2 when he/she kicks my bladder and have had my 4d scan since this has been going on so I know all is fine. I also put it down to the fact that the top of my tummy is really tight where as the bottom of my tummy where twin 2 is is still fairly well lets say loose.

I too have people say to me all the time - you aren;t big for twins!! The other one is - your bump is very high!!!!!! They estimated my weights at 24 weeks at 1llb 9 and 1llb 10 which I believe is fine.

I know it is hard to not worry but you know my motto - if in doubt check it out.

    Speak soon

    Cxx

kate i know exactly how you feel when the movements stop you think the worst. try a really cold drink or some ice that usually gets my 2 going. i bought a doppler at the start of this pregnancy and have to say without it i would be paranoid all the time!! you sound really worried i would go see the mw and get her to do a heart trace. thats what they are there for after all!!!

they r still small enough 2 wriggle 2 the bk of ur womb, kick eachother, kick the placenta, kick in2 ur back meaning u wont feel as much. i remember on a scan a 30 weeks i couldnt feel as much movement as i saw! if u r concerned just fone mw n ask if she can come n check the heart beats 4 u, we dont want u worrying all day which i no is hard cz i constantly worried bt every lil thing! lol! once i didnt feel em move 4 so long i went in 2 get checked n as soon as they put the monitors on i got the biggest kicks ever! lol!

    xx

    Hi all,

I am 26+5 with twins. I started feeling proper movements regularly over last couple of weeks and then last couple of days not felt much at all.. I have felt some thing but not as strong or as many.. is there a time when u should feel them every day and be strong or could they have just moved position?? I am having scan sat morning so know i will see if all ok then, but just wanted to come to you ladies in your wisdom please!

Are u able to tell which one is moving etc etc.. and when do they start running out of room???

This has all not been helped by the stupid comments people make saying 'ur not that big considering 2 in there'.. when i know looking at others i am bigger, not huge but still.. these comments stick in ur head..

Think i am having bad day

    xxx
