Nevermind what other people think! I get a lot of funny looks adn comments buti know im a great mum so im not really bothered what they think! It does get a bit wearing after sometime the silly questions and things, Are they twins? No i just miraculously had them at the same time lol they look exactly the same and there is no size or weight difference. Have u got a boy and a girl and their both dressed head to toe in pink lol. I think some people dnt realise what they say before they say it lol

Isnt it great been a twin mummy! We do a fantastic job, they do an even better job for those who have triplets on here! x

    Hi

im 25 and have ID girls who are 7 mths old. Its great being a twin mum! I don't find it too hard work, everyone is amazed how i cope-esp the HV! I quite like the attention we get but its gets wearing when they ask stupid things or the people who just stare..like theyve never seen twins before?!!

Why do they think they have the right to pass such comments! Times have changed do they not realise that, and us busy mummys dnt need them passing silly comments. Even if u was of 17 does ti matter u are still caring gfor your los who could ask more than that. For some reason the ythink htey can say what they want! OOOhhh old ppl lol x

    Hey girls

I'm 24, got 9 month old non id boys! Just got back from tesco, running the gauntlet thru all the old biddies saying "ugh look at the wee twins, aren't they gorgeous....." while i'm thinking get out of the flipping way because the gorgerous wee babies need fed soon and they will erupt into bloody monsters! Anyway, today I was delighted with the question "how do you cope with twins when you have so much school work to be getting on with?!" School work?!?! Apparently I look like a wee young girl of about 17!! Fabulous!! lol!

Anyway, I absolutely love being a mummy and i definitely love having twins, and I don;t think it matters what age you are, people will always try to tell you whats best!!

    cheerio for now!!

this is my main concern, i would like a baby in the distant future but really worried u'd have twins again, even though i love my twins to pieces, just dont reckon i could do it again,me and dp are living with my parents as we have just brought our first house my mum has been a bit bossy. ive been lettin my dp'sparents look after them a bit more and she told me the other day that i need to stop giving them milk before bed as it wakes them up at 5am, c'mon, asif?!?! also found out shes been giving them angel delight.ARRRRRRRRRRR! LOL.so did any of u bf? i breast fed for 5 days but just felt too ill as i contracted pre clampsia when pregnant.what kinda routine u got going on?

    Zoe,Scarlett &ruby.xxxx.

p.s thats strange tht u were gonna call ur lil one scarlett. ruby and scarlett are really popular names now but dont regret calling them it,still love the names!!

Its really not as hard as some people think! You get yourself into your own routine within the first few weeks and everything else just falls into place. i love it and dont find it hard just tiring at times x

Hi im 20 with 6 month old identical girls, I love been a twin mummy and couldnt wish for anything better! I get so fed up with people comments can they not just think that we actually might enjoy looking after our babies. to be honest my mum and dad do very little (not that theyd mind helping) but my dad only really takes me shopping! Young mums can be just as good as older ones. I even had the comments from teh hospital staff about how they usually watch young mums especialyl if they have twins, but they coudlnt believe how id coped. I still get it now from the health visitor how well im doing with them

But hey were mummys were supposed to do the best for our babies x

Im 27 still young (just lol) and tbh even I get the how do you cope or the "advice" comments best to let them go just nod and do what you like anyway lol

Im thinking it will only get worse when I have these babies as im now 12+5 with twins again and the girls are only 6.5 months old.

hey guys im 21 & single mummy to now 7month old twin boys Cordell & Jayden ... i get the constant comments " how do you cope especially as your so young" ... "how do you cope on your own" "bet your mum & dad never get a break helping you with that handful you got there"

how annoying is that mind lol!

as for coping on my own ... i think if i was with a fella he would just get in my way of my strict routine with the boys lol, as for being so young whats age got 2 do with it & i cope cause i have to im the 1 that got pregnant not only that i really enjoy it .. and the worsttt 1 every1 thinks because i live with my mum and dad they help me out all the time, which they dont cause although my dad loves my boys 2 bits hes not in2 the whole baby baby stuff he will do more with them when theyre older hes done his babies anyways & my mum has got 5 jobs so where do people think she finds the time 2 help me out constantly lol!

    right rant over haha x
