hi, yes my are very different, even within a few days of their birth.

ds loved to be held, very cuddly, but more active, didnt need to sleep as much (much more active in my tummy too)  needed fed every 2 hours and drunk more took to a dummy straight away

dd more independant, self settled, more lad back slept more wasn't that active in my tummy drunk less milk than ds and normally every 3 hours didnt initally take to a dummy

some of the same traits have stayed, altho dd is no longer laid back little miss strops!

    they are 18 months now

    hope thats helps xx

I dont really think there was any differences to be honest. My girls are identical, i could tell when they were in my tummy which one was going to be the active one and that has stayed the same since theyve been born. One of them is really laid back and would sit there all day if you let her, the other one however doesnt like to sit still. Shes started shouting at us now just to make her presence known and for more attention but i feel her poor sister is missing out! So im trying to ignore it and hope it fades quite soon. The other twin is also a big softy lol, if Libby starts crying shell get the pet lip out for her and cry in sympathy and she likes to sit holding her hand in the bouncer but also pinches her toys. But other than that ive not noticed anything up to now they seem pretty similar in most things but their personalitys wil only just be starting to emerge properly as my girls are only 6 months old. Dnt really know if ive answered ur question there sorry x

Sorry if I did'nt make it very clear.  What I meant was the diffrences between your babies whilst they were in their few few days after their birth and if the differnces they had whilst they were newborn babies have remained afterwwards.

    Thanks

I am hoping you lovely ladies will be able to help.  I have a 4 year old son and have recently found out I am pregnant with my second.  Baby is due in Febraury.

The rason I am asking your help is because I am doing a diploma in child psychology (I find it fasinating!) and I have to ask as many mums  of 2 or more young children about their children and how they differed within the first days of life.  If possible would any of you be able to give me some input in to what kind of differneces you noticed between your children and have the differences between the children remained?

Any iput you can give me would be very much appreciated.

Thank you all so much in advance & many congratulations to all of you.

    Love

    Faye (Snoopy) x
