Hi I did RLT with all of my pregnancies. I think it says on the box, when it is the best time to take it. I think it was either 34 or 36 weeks, just check first. Never did the massage though sorry, it is suppose to be worth doing it though.

im 34 weeks tomorrow and wanted to start taking RLT do you think that It is ok to do this from tomorrow. I also wondered if any of you done the perineum massage? and thought it was worth it ? xxxxxx
