I got the seats and they're fab, at lunch Ben & Thomas ate tehir sandwiches nicely in their new big boys chairs, but at tea time they were back to their usual tricks of food throwing, great thing is though at least I can just pull the chair away from the table and they can't reach the food whilst I'm cleaning the them, the floor, the table, the blinds (sometimes!!!)

At what age are you moving your babies from a highchair to a booster seat? I've just ordered some from kiddicare, my boys are 18mths. Can't wait to try them, hopefully they'll love the novelty and stop throwing their food!!!

Hi, i swapped my highchairs to plastic  boaster seats from argos last month, they take up no space at all in my kitchen and are easier to clean, my twins like them much better too,

don't consider getting travel ones, they just aren't safe, i tried a travel one and they are so flimsy

They seem like a great idea unless you have a dd who is like Houdini she could undo hers and jump out at 18 months - Safety First was the name ironically....with our ds's who are a double act I will prob keep them in their high chairs until they leave home.  You are right they are filthy things to clean.

    Hi

Any advice on Booster Seats? I got 2 highchairs as presents, but they are awful to keep clean, so many little creases etc I would of prefered to get the wooden ones looking back.

DS and DD are now 14 months, was going to get new highchairs but they're so expensive so thought about booster seats, 2 questions really

How long are they in highchairs?

    and

anyone used the boosters seats which do you recommend?

    Thanks
