Whats your situation? How old is your little one? What are your concerns? What does the ex want exactly?
It all really depends on the above tbh

hes taking me to court well so far its all talk with him but we both have our solictors and as far as maintence i am not getting a penny i went to the csa but they can take up to 6 months
Where do i stand as hes not on the birth certifcate? Will it even get to court? Is the first thing they offer supervised visits?

We are currently going through court for my dps daughter and have been for the past 3 years or so. It can be a long drawn out process but has definately benefited us because of how difficult his ex was with him seeing his daughter. Any questions feel free to ask x

My ex says he's taking me to court but it's not going to court, it's going to family mediation first. He thinks he is going there to tell me what he wants and for me to give it to him without compromise. He is so wrong xxxxxxxx

Hey all Im new to this site
just wondered if any off you are going though the court process?? My ex is being a nob and this is the way it is heading

It could go to court if he wanted to push it that far and if you both couldnt agree on reasonable contact times. As for the birth certificate not been on it means he doesnt have automatic parental responsibility but he could apply for this through the court and if the father i think they usually give it (dont quote me on that though). Supervised is only usually given to parents that prove to be a risk to their child. If hes not going to harm them etc they wont see it necessary. As the previous post said though a lot of things will depend on the questions shes said i.e the age of child, etc. In the courts CSA wont come into it unless you get to court regarding a maintenance matter. It really depends on your situation hun x
