Buy a dehumidifier... and leave it on for a few days till all the damp is zapped, then leave it on when you notice it.
I used to have one in my old bathroom when I was renting as there was no window.. worked a treat.
They are quite pricey, but well worth the money.

My new flat is really cold and damp.
Has anyone got any tips on how to help sort it.
