You need to see a solicitor hun and get them to send him a letter saying what days/times he can have bubs... then if he is due at 9am and doesn't turn up by then you can quite easily go out and say stuff him.  You can also get them to put that you want him to confirm by text/phone etc. however many days/weeks in advance you want him to.

The problem is when you try and get everything sorted between yourselves they just take the pi$$ cus they think you are a soft touch.

He wouldn't have a leg to stand on regarding custody, unless your child is under a social worker/or on at risk register so don't worry about that.

hi ya i know its not the best situation to be in, but it does sound like that he is more interested with new gf.  the most important person in this is your lo, don't let him be messed around.  if ex is not there on time don't stress, give him half hour to turn up then when he doesn't.  you take lo out and arrange for ex to pick him up the following week.  if ex doesn't like this tough luck.  he'll learn to be at yours at the right time.   this might seem harsh but you need to be strong for you and lo and not let ex mess you 2 around

I have had a bit of mither with the ex today, he still playin mind games at the moment bein all nice with me and then telling me about how good it is with his new bit when i know there falling out all the time.

anyway over the last few weeks hes been messing me around on visits the arrangement is he picks him up at 10 on a sunday then brings him back at 6, but hes been leaving it till sat night to tell me if hes coming or not, only having him for a couple of hours turning up early/late etc. I told him last week I had had enough of it as his not coming till 3 to take ewan swimming instead of having him all day meant that me and ewan missed out on going to wales for the weekend, so I needed to kow when he came round on a thursday whether he was having him and what time he was coming etc, so I saw him on thursday he said yes im going to get my brother to bring me across to pick him up, but then i get a text at lunch today saying sorry em I havent managed to get hold gary about picking ewan up but will let you know asap i just said ok and left it, a few hours later i still hadnt heard anything so basiclly said I need to klnow now what your doing, again another text sayin he couldnt get hold of gary, so I text him back a bit later saying I have made plans with ewan now so you wont be able to have him - he still hadnt sorted anything out this was about 5pm

sorry its a bit long but im sick of bein messed around am just worried ive done the worng thing this isnt something i want to do but i think he needs to realise he needs to sort himself out.
