    i got passports for my twins no bother, didn't need fathers permission or passport no etc i just left that part blank on app.  i was born in 1982 and they didn't need my parents info,  hth

    Id just leave it off, they will write to you if they need any more info, and just say im no longer in contact so cant get it if they do.

    does anyone know if i can leave my lo's dad off the passport but his name is on the birth certificate? he has hardly any contact with us anymore and i dont really want to ring him up to get him involved, also i would need his parents info as we were born after 1982 and i have never met them! it seems to say i have to inclued him as being on the birth certificate he has parental responsibility! xxx
