due to your situation you might be entitled to the sure start maternity grant. Did you get payslips?? if not you could lie and say you were told he'd be taking the N.I and tax out your wages so you just assumed he was.....because i'm sure it's law you have to receive payslips and if he wasn't giving you one regularly then he's already committed an offence!

not even entitled to maternity allowance, he has never took national insurance off me. waiting on an appointment with welfare rights, to see where i stand, and see how money will work with bf workin if i quit. x

i had something similar chick, make sure you have all your payslips so you can get your maternity allowence though.21/6/08 20:32

it started when i told him i was pregnant, but cant really prove thats why. another girl who works there is as bad, b***ing to him and telling tales behind everyones back. but hopefully im brave enough to hand in my notice and tell him where to shove his job lol.

hi all, hope ur all ok! still havnt decided on a boys name yet,
but im going to have more time on my hands to think about it soon, handing my notice in next week, my boss is being that horrible i come home crying and today was the last straw!
sorry about the rant had to get it out, just come home all stressed!

I've had my little girls name planned out since the day i found out i was pregnant i want to call her sky.it was odd i was so sure she was a girl
