Just wanted to send u a huge hug hun and let u know tho things feel bad now ur all safe and thats really the main thing- my niece died in a house fire xxx Im sure with loads of help ul get sorted and the sleeping will come again hun when ur settled xxx It will b a really crap time espec being out of ur home with kids! I am pretty sure it will never happen again. You will become soooooo vigilant with electrics and will be constantly getting them checked.
It will get better hun. I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason, we can't see it straight away but one day we will look back and say "Holy Poop... Thats why that happened

I think you did brill getting your family out safe and sound, you should be so proud of yourself for that.
Try to pop along to your GP for a chat as soon as you can hunni, he may be able to point you in the right direction, not necessarily pills but maybe someone to talk to to get it all off your chest.

good morning all
well i didnt sleep too well it took me ages to fall asleep, last i see was 2am on clock then kenzie woke at 4 saying he was bored (that was strange) and it took me ages to get back to sleep again. i then woke at 7 so at least i had a few hours kip. ive woke with a real bad headache but i presume its shock coming out still.
not sure whats on today agenda as it being a sunday nobody will be working in housing offices, even yesterday the electricians came and didnt do nothing so doubt anything will be sorted today.
i want to go home
