    yeah, that's what i was thinking, not taken him out of it yet I think i just wanted to be sure it wouldn't become unsafe over the height range

    I'd leave him in a booster as it will be safer. Tell him when he's older he can do with out.

    my 8 year old is 145cm and she still has a booster seat at all times,xx

    the law states 135cm or 12 years old, i just feel he's still so young

    I would do a google.

    My DD is 142cm tall age 10 and still in a booster seat in our car as the seat belt fits better and rests on her shoulder not into her neck.

    I think that it is also the decider as to how well the belt fits over the shoulder with out it. But I think it is 138cm or 10 years old.

    Hi girls, sorry to barge in, I don't usually post in here but was wondering whether I still need to have my 8 year old ds in his booster seat - he is 137cm tall. Do i got by height or do i go by age??? help. i'm really unsure of what to do Thanks Jen
