Oh I loved reading through your story and had to laugh... with DD1 I was in a similar situation.... I had already started to push, when I realised we do not have the babybag with camera here, so I sent Chris out to get it from the car and then panicked and just alsways remember shouting: will he make it in time? ..... seemed like ages till he got back, but her made it and those early pics I just so desperately wanted!

Also what you said on Facebook: that it takes ages to get ready.... that I found most difficult at the beginning as well.... BUT: you get used to it and it will be second nature in no time!

But yes Jo, I wonder sometimes how you cope with 4! I guess you bigger kids are big enough to help out now, but it must be stressful at times!

You are both so lucky to be able to hold your little ones and yes, I hope if other people read through this thread it gives them hope and motivation!!

I am 18+1 now, feel flutters and time is flying. Still need to prepare so much before this arrival... I can not wait for my next scan, but aso am really worried that there something might be wrong... I hope not and hopefully in 4/5 months time I will be able to hold my little bundle as well....

Karly I love your we ones name - Gracie is such a pretty name. It sounds like you did really well -a very natural labour all in. She was such a good weight too. Joseph is now up to 7lbs 3oz and doing really well. I don't think anyone would be offended with your post - in-fact it might give hope - a year ago we were the ones grieving. Remember we know the pain and totally deserve our wee bundles as do all of the lovely ladies on this site. Life is precious and should be celebrated. I will try to get on face book- I need to get over myself - even my 10 year old daughter is on bebo ( is that how it's spelt?). Give Gracie a kiss and a cuddle from her cyber aunty Jo x Take care

Hi ladies just a quick pop in to see how you both are. Karly I'm hoping your either in labour or have had the baby by now- got everything crossed for yoy. Heidi it seems the weeks are rushing in for you - I'm so delighted that we will get to our angels anniversaries with either our babies or very happily and healthily pregnant. Where has this year gone? Take care. Jo.xx

    Congratulations Jo ! Well done!

It does sound a bit scary, but I am so happy that both of you are doing fine now. Can not wait to se some baby photos!! How is it going at home?

It is really weird to think that we all started off here just under a year ago and now you already have your take home baby. Wow. Karly is on the best way to join you and I guess I am ok as well - soon I will be half way. Amazing.

No news form here. Sickness better but still seem to have to eat regularly (good excuse) to feel ok. And showing like hell - feel my bump is about 6 month preggers not 4.

Am away from work tomorrow (london area) with an overnight stay, so will be back in office later on Wednesday, working Thursday as well this week, but then Friday off and then on the weekend we are off to the Babyshow to London. I am getting free tickets as I am working for one of the companies exhibiting there, so I hope to catch loads and loads of freebies....

Take care you two. Karly, come on now!!! Pineapple, bding, curry, rasberry leaf....xxx

Hi Ladies - Sorry I've been AWOL but I think you all know that I had baby Joseph Andrew on 29th Sept at 8.11 pm. He was born by emergency section due to me having another placental abruption. All a bit scary- I lost  over 4.5 pints of blood and needed a blood transfusion, and Joseph had to stay five days in the Neo-natal Unit ( some breathing difficulies caused by inhaling some of my blood) but we are now home and doing well. He is absolutely perfect and tiny - the spitting image of his brother Matthew when he was born. I'll try to download a few photos in the next few days. He was a good weight of 6lbs 11oz when born but went down to 5lbs 11oz because he had to be on IV fluids until last Friday. We got out on Saturday evening, but as I'm sure you can guess I've been busy and a bit sore so I've not been able to post. How are you lot? Any sign of your baby coming yet Karly? Heidi I love your scan picture! How many weeks are you now? I'll be checking in more regularly now . Take care ladies and I'll be on soon to chat.
