Hiya all, Lynds, i was thinking, why dont u think of buying a digital ovulation kit?? abit expensive at £100, but i could never get those bloody sticks to work, & dont think i ever got a 'positive'.!! (yet obviously conceived)...It'll then tell u exactly when your ovulating, & leading up to it. Mind u from the sounds of it, you'd be at it every night if you had the opportunity!! I totally go off it when im preggers...

thats great you're getting sooo many scans theresa, how are you getting the time off work, whats your excuse to them? God ive got ages until my next one....next fri.....Oh the waiting !!

Bet your still on cloud 9 shelley!! What u gonna do with all of alex's old clothes now...can't reuse them if your having a girl!! Lucky u though, ideally id love a girl next, if i have a choice....

theresa bless ya getting another scan. i agree you'll be geting used to these weekly scans won't ya!!

i agree i don't usually ov on cd14 anyway mine can be cd18 or anything i just look for ewcm and feels like it could be today but then i didn't have a positive opk yesterday which should have warned me of the surge. i'm still looking for ov pains like i used to get!! roll on the clomid after that this cycle then BRING IT ON!!! lmao

have a good break honey you just relax and sleep and enjoy spending time with your family and doggies and Ashley. poor bloke bet he is getting frustrated but then i was and i managed to get some action on monday night so feel alot better lol

Shelley bless, the no sex thing is really getting to ash, had a bit of a play last night and he said he was dying for it!! already mate you got a long wait yet sweetie lmoa! Have you thought of any girls names yet hun??

Sarah glad your more positive, i am too i do get worried but thats the way its always going to be i think! called my councellor and told her im quite anxious, she has spoken to the epu and they are happy to see me again next week so i don't have to wait two weeks inbetween. Only thing is if i get used to these weekely scans i am going to want them all the time aint it ?? lmao!

Lynds dont worry about the ov's you may ov a bit later than 14 days, and also if you have pcos on your left overy it may be that ones turn this month hence no ov... clomid will kick you into touch babe x well last day at work for me today until tues weyheyy xxx

well i'm on cd13 today but no sign of a positive opk for yesterday or today. i'm definitely assuming that i'm just not ov'in at all.

congrats shelley on having a little girl i wish you the best with having one of each.

sarah congrats on the scan look to the positive fingers crossed that the blood you had from hubby works and that little bubs stays where it belongs xxxxxx

theresa i'm back in work was back yesterday and feeling like crap!!!! still recovering today lol

had my reflexology today and feeling more positive about things. only 2 weeks or so till i try clomid yey xxxxx

Awwww thanks Sarah, good to hear I've made you feel more positive. Keeping thinking to yourself "When this baby is born", that's what I kept telling myself.

Yes we are so chuffed about it all, epsecially having one of each.

They usually say the cervix takes 2-3 weeks to recover from the erosion so best not to make it worse. Last Friday the hosital said the cervix become swollen in pg and fills with extra blood so can bleed quite easily after sex. If I'd been able to get hold of my mw on the phone I wouldn't have needed to go to hospital, she could have checked me out. At least I know now.

Have you tried th ov tests yet Lynds? Hope you're ok?

Bet you're both soooo chuffed. What a relief. & whys the no sex thing, out of interest?

Thats given me some positivity now - at only 5 weeks i feel as though ill never get there!!

Waiting for dp to come home then im going to shoot out & go swimming !!

Wont be long & we'll all be having our 20 week scan girls !! xx

Thanks hun, yes the no sex thing is easy, we only manged it 3 or 4 times since I got a BFP! Was too scared. Couldn't manage it past 7 months pg with Alex, I was too huge!

Hiya girls! Back from scan which was amzing, so detailed, the lady checked everything in detail. We are having a GIRL! omg can you believe it! We're over the moon. That puts paid to my theory of not being able to carry girls! Just want to shout it from the roof tops now!

No problems with the placenta, the consultant said to avoid sex for 3 weeks, not a problem for me!

Glad all went well with your scan Sarah, that's great things are how they should be for your dates. Will you be going again for another scan?

My scan is at 3.30pm so I'm clock watching at the moment and I'm at work! Alex isn't coming with us this time, but I'll update you later.

Hey aw Shelley yey cant wait to hear about scan,,, are you finding out what your having?? [ xxx not too sure about the low laying placenta sweetie i thought that made you bleed pretty badly?? Yeah Ashleigh was a fair size very long, like her dad i suppose hehe xx let us know how you get on.

Sarah glad it went okay i know they cant tell a lot but at least you can see pg is in the right place. working back i would have found out my + 4-5 days early grrr but one good point of knowing early is we can get our meds in us properly... and early! im going to go sit wait again next week,,, im 7 + 2 today so will go middle next week and will be 8+ weeks then have one on the 1st sept when will be 9 + 1, my scan at 9 weeks with Ashleigh was first one where i saw little dumps for arms and legs awww... I am very suprised they did an external one on you? they still did an internal one with me yesterday to get a clearer picture?? did you see the pg sack and egg yolk? xxx

Lynds bless you let us know how you get on with the opk's x clomid used to give me hot flusses i remember that much whoosssh just like that! eak! also used to make me quite dry down there iykwim...... hope all is well other wise, you back at work yet babe??

Hi girls, how are we all doing today? just got back from the hosp after scan, all is ok for what it should be at 5 weeks.........but even as she said, something couldve already gone wrong & it wouldnt have shown on the scan....GREAT. Only thing about finding out soooo early that your pg (at 3 1/5 weeks) means that time really drags!!

I was really nervous in the waiting & kept going loo god knows how many times, then only to find out they were doing external ones so i needed a full bladder!

Hiya girls, didnt get a chance to get on here yesterday, was out all day for work, then dp was on the internet all night.....

Fantastic news all was well at the scan theresa !! & how lovely to actually hear the HB. Bet u got all teary eyed'??

Good luck today shelley, not that you'll need it. cant remember if your finding out the sex or not....its alex going with u? Lets us know how u get on. & im sure those pains are just growing pains too, im sure i had 'em with joshua.

Your hen night sounds really fun lynds, some really nice time away with the girls having a laugh. blimey 3am, that'll wouldve done me in !!

gonna go for my scan this morning too, god knows how long ill have wait...will be pretty nervous. Fingers crossed for me. will report back later girls XX

next cycle when i start the clomid will i get full on ov symptoms then theresa? i'd like more info on it but best talking to you ladies who've been through it xxxx

Awww so glad your scan went well Theresa and you can have another next week, that's great. So amazing you got to hear heartbeat as well.

Ashleigh was a good size hun, I can't imagine how big my baby is now, really can't wait to see him/her again on screen. I thought the pains might be everything stretching maybe but compared to yesterday I feel really good, baby is very active first thing in a morning and early evening! Maybe I have a low placenta?

Aw glad mucus stopped Shelley, i get mine on and off, had quite a bit this morning but scan was perfect even heard HB for first time x will upload pic to profile xxx asked again where its coming from and no signs of haemorage around baby or anywhere near and as its just brown its just one of those things... but happy all is well next scan in two weeks as B/H but i can go into epu and have one next week so will ring book that end of week xx

for you scan tomorrow x i am sure its just growing pains, baby will really be growing now hun, i mean Ashleigh was near on 18 cm when she was born at 16+2 so well your bubs will be a fair size already xxx

Sarah don't blame you for going to walk in tomorrow make sure you do it will realy put your mind at rest sweetie x glad all is okay and you had a nice weekend, let us know how you get on wont you.. text me xx

Hi ladies, hope you're all ok?

How did the scan go Theresa, been thinking about you hun.

I'm ok today, no backache now but still got aches low down sort of under bump. Will mention it to the Consultant tomorrow. I did read in the Bounty Preg book though that you can expect backache and tummy pains at 20 weeks, so maybe that's what I've had? Def not overdone it as I've done bugger all lately! Can't wait for tomorrow.

Sarah hope you're coping ok and manage to get your scan tomorrow . Good luck hun.

Lynds sounds like you had a great weekend. Good to hear your going to start the ov tests. All the best hun .

hi girls

hope all is well to you all today.

the hen do was great i'm really tired, i don't drink but we had a late night didn't get to sleep till after 3am and then up at 8.30am for a breakfast we found out we didn't get it as we'd booked room only. i now take 3 days to recover from a late night so still feel like poo today but we had an amazing time. Funny Girls is a fabulous place to go and they are fabulous dancers got loads of pictures just need to download them to facebook now lol!!!

we had a walk around the Pleasure Beach yesterday after we had some food in a restaurant on the front. bought rock for the work colleagues yey.

gonna give the ov tests a go this week to make sure their working in preparation for when i start the clomid on the next cycle. so looking forward to a bfp xxxx

Hello ladies hope everyone's had a nice weekend, everyone's obviously been quite busy as its pretty quiete on here!

Good the mucus has stopped shelley, but abit uncomfortable that your still achey. Did they have any ideas at the hosp wot they could be? obviously the littles the ok though, maybe you've been overdoing it? muscle aches?

We went to hever castle today, took the inlaws, nice day out. Was v busy though. Joshus hasn't been too bad toda, but then thats cos he's had company today i think!! yeah i think if i had joshua off nursery etc for that long he'd be getting naughty / bored too shelley. So u been off all the summer? how are you working childcare with work etc?

How u doing theresa? wot times your scan tomorrow? Ive got to be in a meeting all day tomorrow - but think ill try & sneek to this walk in scan place tues morning.
