shelley time to relax a little bit now your on maternity leave although as you say you still have to keep the house clean and organise xmas!i agree i'm off all week, may do some housework though i know i won't feel like it!! lol had my blood test done today so need to ring them next week to find out if i've ovulated on the clomid. due on next thursday/friday.
theresa honey hope all went well this morning for you and your gonna relax this weekend.

Hi girls,
Well I've finished work now until 14th September 2009! Feels soooooooooooo good. I'm 34 weeks today which is quite late to finish really. Yep I'll have plenty to keep me busy until labour starts - washing and ironing, cleaning, Xmas shopping etc.
Theresa awwwww here's to a happier 2009 for you hun, you'll be glad to get this year over with. Can't believe it's almost a year since I first started posting to you! Where has the time gone!
Lynds that will be nice for you having the week off, have you anything planned? How did it go with the Surveyor?
Sarah hope your ds is behaving today? How is your Mum doing? Hope you're feeling ok?

lynds a week off? again?? is it holiday? so not fair,,, cant wait to get my full holiday allowance back again in january lol used most of it this year on blimmin hospital appointments arghhh, wont do thsat next time will just tell em straight away and have my entitled time off x
shallay emily louise is a beautiful name babe xxx i cant believe its nearly time for her to be here its crazy this year has been pretty s*** for me, but its just flown by! eak nearly another year older.. haha

theresa fingers crossed for this blood test tomorrow i've got my 21 day blood test tomorrow so off to the hospital bright and early!!
so tired but only today and tomorrow in work then i'm off for a week and i'm looking forward to the lie in so much xxxxx

Theresa glad to hear your appt went well yesterday, good to hear they can do more tests and checks for you, shame they can't be done at your local hospital though eh. How do they plan to check these things?

Good luck with the surveyor tomorrow.Sarah sorry to hear Joshua is being a devil, it can drive you mad the constant battling can't it. Not easy when you're pg as well and can;t rest as much. Stick to your guns and don't give in to him, show him who's boss! Glad your Mum is recovering albeit slowly. Must be so boring in hospital for her.
Yes I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow. Thought I was going in to labour this morning! I was having some uncomfortable pains which passed quite quickly though I am uncomfortable now! I think this little lady wants to escape! So not ready for her yet. Oh by the way, we have changed her name to Emily Louise!

Hi all, not alot exciting happening my end.........ds has been the devil child today, he's getting cheekier & more difficult by the day. Im determined that he's not going to end up spoilt etc thou, so end up constantly battling with him all the time - so he doesn't get his own !!
Went to see my mum in hosp, shes showly recovering, will take time though. God that hospital is depressing though, its making her miserable......DP's got tomorrow off work to look after ds so ill be working.
Well done u on all the cleaning lynds!! I guess they'll give u an up to date evaluation too whilst they're round......think prices have gone down around 16% where i live.....scarey...
So your last day at works' tomorrow shelley???! fantastic. What will u do with yourself not working?? i guess you'll have loads to do at home, more stuff to prepare etc. u must be what, 34 weeks now?
So your off back to london on fri theresa, its a shame its so far away, as long as work are alright with it all.....shame they couldnt have done the bloods whilst u were there. So are you not ttc in the meantime hun?

shelley sounds like your looking forward to resting and you sound like its getting close to baby day and your body is preparing you for less sleep already lol
we did some cleaning yesterday as we have surveyors coming round on thursday for danny to increase his mortgage and clear his debts. we cleaned the bathroom and most of the bedroom and i hoovered the stairs. need to do the front room rug this afternoon when i get back and danny is finishing clearing the garden again today as he started it yesterday. were getting organised but i'm just not used to cleaning lol xxxx

Glad it went well today theresa & you're being your usual positive self! Its funny but alot of 'top' consultants are pretty abrupt & straight to the point, with limited bed side manners! At least she's going do everything in detail from scratch - i found that some consultants tested for stuff others didn't - hence it was only the 2nd consultant i saw whom picked up on certain stuff. So are u back again on fri? & how's she gonna check the cavities inside your womb? a laparoscopy i guess? Great news - you're in the best hands now hun x
im shattered, have just put ds to bed after going to the hosp to see my mum.......she's doing ok, but will be a slow recovery.
Will catch up properly tomorrow girls xx

Sarah glad your mums okay and on the road to recovery s sorry didnt text back battery died lol just manageed to get on here eak! thought of you when i was in there did you go in the bit with all the baby photos along the wall and the books with all the thank you letters? x all went okay, i have to loose some weight but i knew that anyway, more importantly they are going to do the clotting tests again friday and some others, she also wants to have a good lok inside my womb check the cavitys?
check the size and that i think,,, not many answers today but at least im one step forwards eh, she is quite an abrupt woman but straight to the point,, not always a bad thing though eh x oh she said " i have a challenge with you" she likes a challenge hehe xxThanks for the well wishes Shelley hope your okay,,, not long now eh xx thursday your last day at work right?

All well here, got a Mothercare gift card from some of my work colleagues today so that will come in handy! Not sleeping too good now, getting up several times for the loo, gaviscon, inhaler etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

.Yep I finish work on Thursday - yippee! Can't wait. My Sister is coming to visit at the weekend which will be nice and then on Monday me and dh are going Xmas shopping while Alex is at school. Was hard this morning as we got to school to find the boiler had broken and school was closed! Had to ring around to get mil to come and look after him while I went to work!
Sarah so sorry to hear about your poor Mum, sounds like she was in a lot of pain but thankfully over the worst now and starting the road to recovery. What a worry for you as well though. It's hard seeing your parents in hospital. Hope she's back to herself again very quickly. How are you feeling now? Any little flutters yet?
Lynds, wow the 2ww, it comes round really fast. Hopefully this will be your last wait and this is it, your time for a bfp!

Hi girls, been to see my mum today, she's recovering well from the op, but will be in hosp until fri....So somehow gotta juggle work/visiting her daily this week! eak.
Will be thinking of u tomorrow theresa.......hope the journeys' alright too.
& forget that silly c** whom sent u a mess on fbook. yep we've all had comments like that, winds me up!! especially coming from a woman whom already has chidren already, should know better. xx

i've been ok today had a relaxed weekend not doing much but gonna have to do some cleaning tomorrow after work as we have a surveyor coming on thursday for a check over so need to clean the bathroom and bedroom. on 2ww as we speak roll on end of november for some answers. i'm so moody at present i feel like snapping at the slightest things oops xxxx

Hi all,
Had a bit of a stressful day yesterday - my mum had been ill last week, bad stomach pains & constantly being sick etc. By the 2nd day i insisted she went to the docs, but of course she didnt. Eventually she was rushed into hosp after 4 days of it, by then her kidneys' had failed, & she was daignonsed as having a twisted hernia so needed an emergency op yesterday am. Thank god she was ok, i spent most of the day in tears....with all the worry! She'll be in hosp for at least 3 days, then resting at home for 4 weeks or so. However she also has my ds 2 days a week when i work, so not quite sure what im going to do about that.....
Certainly makes u realise that your parents are getting 'older' & time is more prescious......
Anyway how we all doing?
Well done u shelley for being sooo active in your 3rd trimester & being out there gardening yesterday!
How exciting theresa, you're off to london tomorrow. Wot times your app? whose going with u? I can still the picture the waiting room there - although i didnt see a consultant there i was there for blood tests & remember seeing the sign on her door. Its not particularly 'posh' there considering whom she is!! Yeah can imagine your alittle nervous, so would i be. Have you written questions down just so u dont forget?

Hope you're all having a good weekend?
All ok here apart from the constant heartburn! I'm taking Rennies and Gaviscon but they're not helping that much!
I've weeded the front garden this afternoon, only thing is it's bare now! I pulled all the dead summer plants out as well! Dh and Alex washed, hoovered and polished the car ready for the baby seat to go in! Don't worry, I'll post baby pics when I can and keep in touch. No Theresa this is our last baby. We only wanted 2 and it will have taken us almost 8 years to get them! It's sad in a way as I love all the scans/check ups etc! You miss it once the baby is here as you and Lynds will soon find out.
Sarah, hope you're ok? How are you feeling? It's strange the MWs don't know about the injections, you'd they they'd be really clued up about it all!

Sarah thats pretty cool having appts on saturday, its fab at least you dont have to mess around taking time off work and that eh x i know that one with the bruises, a few of the mw and sonographers look at you weird dont they, i just tell them as im lifting my top up excuse the bruises x {hugs} x pleased all is going well eak when is your next scan are you going to find out what your having? xx any preference?

Blimey i haven't stopped today...hardly had my eyes out of this laptop, been really busy with work. Leaving in a min to pick up my mum from hosp, then she'll be staying at mine for abit whilst i play nurse maid. im sure even though she's ill she'll still find the energy to moan about my lack of housework thou etc LOL, so am about to have a quick tidy up.
