Yes Vickie, the bloods will show up if your hormone level had risen (someone correct me if I'm wrong!)

After you have had a loss, it doesn't matter what age you are, that longing doesn't go away, you can put it to the back of your mind as much as you like, the only one you are trying to fool, is yourself, sorry if that sounds harsh, but take it from someone that knows!

so if i go docs and have a blood test will i find out there and then if im pregnant? also will the bloods be able to tell before a preg test? Yea im guna stop taking the pill as it says if you think you mite be preg to stop so i aint guna risk it if i am.

Im feeling mixed emotions at the moment. im only 20 and im itching for another baby but DF wants to wait a while (his thing was tho if it happens it happens but he wouldnt choose it atm) so i was going with him and waiting and now this so i duno wot to think. i have all pregnancy symptoms. weeing more, boobs tender, sickness and sicky feeling. Sometimes i wish i had my mum to talk to but hey we all cant have nice mums and ive got DF's mum she's a star!!!

To be honest, it could be a number of things, you may just be coming down with some kind of bug. But with history of catching on the pill (I also caught one of my Son's while taking the pill) I would air on the side of caution, maybe a visit to the doctors would help, let them know what symptoms you have, plus the fact that you have already once got pregnant while taking the pill, ask him if he would be prepared to do a blood test.

If they won't do the blood test, give it a couple of days then re-test, but, I would also stop taking the pill if your symptoms are more pregnancy related, there are other precautions you can use while taking a little break.

When I caught for my son on the pill, I didn't know til about 7 weeks, and was taking the pill til I found out, I had bleeds and complications with him, they started me a day early as they were worried (about what I don't know, they never told me) but when he was born he had 2 afterbirths (sorry about tmi) one had joined onto the other, they said had this not happened I would have lost him, they said that they "thought" he was one of a twin, to this day I don't know for sure, he is now almost 16.

And just to put you right, you haven't failed anyone, there was absolutly nothing you could have done to prevent what happened hunny, please don't think you are a failure, we all feel like that sometimes, but it is so untrue.

Sorry its long but....

Last year i found out i was pregnant whilst on microgynon 30 pill. after 8 weeks i found out id had a MMC. Devastated me and i felt so low, i felt like id failed everyone cuz i could carry our baby, i felt like id failed my DF and my little girl. i had all the treatment and the pessarys etc and on my daughters 4th birthday the baby passed through. that then set me back as my feeling was ive just flushed my baby down the loo. i was very depressed but me n DF tgtha along with our DD helped me get some to terms with it sort of.

well one year on and ive been on the pill you take all the time and dont have a break and now im feeling sick for the last few days and been sick in evenings and im weeing more than i have done and my boobs are killing, so tender. the problem i have is i done a test with FMU and it was BFN but your only ment to test like upto 4days before your is due and after obviously but i dont have periods so i dont know when it would have been etc so i could be testing BFN cuz the levels of the hormone aint big enough couldnt i? its really confusing me and i dont have a mum to talk to as she's a nasty piece of work and just wondered if you ladies would be able to help and advise me
