Hi, sorry to hear about your friend's loss. And it's lovely to hear you wanting to do something to help her.
Sands can help and also the Miscarriage Association (at 19 weeks, the loss of her little girl will be classed as a miscarriage). They can put her in touch with someone who's been through a similar experience, or can give her details of any local support groups.
Will she be able to bury her baby? Or do the hospital do a burial? Some do, and I found it a really useful part of the healing process.
Best wishes to your friend xxxx

Hi Jennifier
What a lovely friend you are coming here and asking advice...
My friend used the Sands people and they were fantastic, so I would suggest that too - with support from friends like you, Im glad she is gettin some reassurance.

Hi Jennifer
There are no words to make your friend's hurt any better so I won't say the standard phrases. I can recommend SANDS to you. They also have a website http://www.uk-sands.org/. However you can always point her in our direction whenever she feels ready to join us. Right my sweetheart I hope that helps a little bit. Now you take care of yourself and you friend.

Hi Jennifer, so sorry for your friends loss, there is a website called babyloss.com and there are loads of numbers for helplines and support on there, that might be of some help, but at times like these, the love and support of friends and family are very important, I hope I was on some small help.
