That is fabulous news!!!!    I am soooooo pleased for you.  The rest of your PG will fly by now.  There is every possibilty your placenta may move, if not, like you say, a c-section is a small price to pay for a take home baby.  And a BOY!!!  How lovely.  My DH pressured me in to finding out the flavour of our bubs.   We are having a GIRL

So happy for you that everything has gone well.  I have been that terrified that I bought a doppler and regularly listen to bubs.  Had a MMC in Jan and fear the worst allways.  I hope everything goes smoothly for the remainder of your pregnancy. xx

Thankyou hunnie,well i am back and all is well with baby..i am sooo relieved.The sonographer knew my history (we have met before) so showed us the heartbeat as soon as he has it on screen.

and its a....BOY.The only thing is i have a low lying placenta atm,so if nothing changes b4 36 weeks then i will have to have a c-section,but that is a small price to pay for a take home baby.xx

(((hugs))) to you hun.  I have been in a similar situation to you.  I remember feeling exactly the same way for my 20 week scan.  I even had a panic attack in the waiting room   They had to get me a paper bag to breathe in to    Gosh, sorry, that probably isn't helping, but what I am trying to say is, yu are bound to be nervous.

I'm sure it will be just fine.  Keep yourself occupied in the waiting room, take a book or a magazine or something.

I told the sonographer as soon as I saw her what had happened last time and she didn't mess about.  She got the heartbeat up on the screen straight away to help me relax before she did everything else.   I am almost 38 weeks now!!!!

and all i can think about is my 20 wk scan with my angel (june 2006).We found out that he had grown his wings,and our lives fell apart.

I have not posted this in dif,i dont want to upset anyone but i am absolutley petrified about today also excited and nervous.i have been up most of the night and have been sick already this morning.

I feel that things are ok,i can feel baby moving but the doubt is still there.I just need to see my baby and then i will be ok.

My scan is at 1.40pm so only 4 hours to go.sorry to moan,but needed to get it off my chest.xxx.
