The courts usually take notice of wishes around the age of 10 but have to take notice from the ageof 12 years you've got a long way to go.

I have to say my 4 year old does have accidents like that, he may not have got there in time. The fact he was in the bathroom when it happened speaks volumes! I think you may well be over acting unless he starts doing it all over the house.

we r keeping a close eye on him wen we have him but wen he wiv his mum weeven if we ring 2 c if he ok we geta mouthful fom his mum sayin of course they r ok they r with there mum does any1 no at wat age they can choose where to live

it might be an attention thing but it could also be an indication that he is suffering emotionally...Id keep an eye on him. (which I am sure you are doing)..I know this might sound obvious but its not 'normal' - and he is reacting to something-good luck!
