If this is a one-off, then it is highly unlikely that a sol or a court would do anything about it.

The best thing that you can do is keep a detailed diary of all communication - this may be used in future dealings/hearing. Put as much down in writing with ex - keep a copy.

I know an intial cost is £175 to get an initial court hearing.  I suppose it depends if you are going to be represented by a solicitor or not?  mightbe worth getting a free hours advise and take it from there. My partner is going to rep himself at court, fingers x

If you're on a low income - you'll get legal aid.  I am going thru court at the mo and with a combined wage of just over £20k, i have to contribute £18 a month and that covers my solicitor.  Your solicitor will apply to the legal services commission and arrange the legal aid for you . . . . x

does aany1 know how much it costs  to go to da cort 4 aces we  r ona low income at min his ex has sed we carnt see the kids cuz we dint have dem yesterday we told her weeks ago  wen she changed da weeks ova that we cudnt have them that weekend as we had plans and i wasnt changing my plans to suit her i have done that 2 much
