just for clarification: the contraceptive effect of BF is only really effective if you are EXCLUSIVELY breastfeeding so if you've started LO on solids (not unexpected if he's 7 months old), you will get reduced contraceptive effect
And a reminder to all of us girlies that you can get pregnant BEFORE a period shows!

I don't think the hormones you produce through bf are the same as the ones detected by a pregnancy test. I think a positive test is a pregnant one........ the doctor told us that a positive pregnancy test is always right these daysxx
