Lo might not take to bottles at all, u could try doidy cups instead (search ebay for them, u can get 3 for £10 inc P+P)

my lo started with cups, then bottles, then breast and would not take a bottle after taht so i got the doidy cups, worked a treat.

What kind of teats are you using? It's sometimes trial and error what type the baby likes. Those tommee tippee breast and bottle feeding bottles are good.  Try giving her the milk about body temp (if you're not already).  As for the expressing are you hand expressing? this sometimes works better than with a pump. Good luck!
