Hi, poor you!!  I would put the cream on ( It won't do any harm if it's not thrush) & maybe go back to the docs anyway as you may need stronger treatment if it has reappeared.  I think Lanisoh is best for the crack...hope you feel better soon xx

Ok so the title says it all really...my right nipple has a big crack and it looks like you could just lift the actual nipple bit right off...yuck...

but the left started being a bit itchy when Emma latched on this evening, and now a few hours later, the itch is driving me insane and it has a big rash over the areola

i suspect theres thrush involved somewhere, i have daktarin gel left over from a bout a couple of weeks ago...do i need to be rediagnosed or can i go ahead and put some gel on?iv just beenbathing my nipples in lansinoh
