Very normal! Both of mine took an hour per feed at first (both always wanted both boobs). It wasn't until my second got to 10 weeks this suddenly reduced to half an hour. He's 7 months now and like a vaccuum pump lol x

Hi I am a second timer but my ds was prem so did not get all the hang ups of early bf with him.  My dd is now just over a week old and has been feeding well and has fed well on one breast at at time up until now that is.  It is now taking me 45 mins and had to use both breasts.  Is this normal?  or should I just feed one breast? I swopped breasts as she was clearly still hungry.  What should my feeding stratagy be now....
