Hi, you can get fenugreek capsuals from holland and barrett. I got loads off ebay from america they were cheaper in long run.  Also eat lots of oats that really helps, fennel tea too.

hi nikki,i really hope ur baby improves. to up ur milk supply:- express as much as possible,initailly u wud b with the pump for hours but later the supply gets ok.b4 pumping,plz give warm soaks to boobies and massage, and also try to think about ur baby.i remember whenever i thought about my son milks just jets out like fountain... u definately get fenugreek seeds from tesco [they are tiny brown colour seeds] or definately from Indian grocery stores.i have some,plz tell ur address i can post it to u.they very bitter in taste though.u gotta soak them ,they become little slimy and then eat with salad .also asparagus helps in milk supply[atleat it helped me]. aslo eating garlic [in food],onion....they did up my supply. i have done all the above except fenugreek and it worked for me.best luck my friend

Hire/buy your own pump. eat oats and drink fennel tea or take fenugreek. Make sure you are drinking plenty as its easy to forget when in SCBU. Really hope LO is improving and sure some of the other ladies will have some more ideas for you. there is a medicine you can get from GP to help increase milk supply but it can only be used on 2 occassions but its worth having a chat either wuith GP or doc looking after LO.

my baby is in a neo natal ward, was born at 25+4 he is now nearly 8 weeks old, i used to get 50ml at least at each expression but now i am lucky if i get 20. i try express every 2 hours but there is only one expressing room on the ward and i can be upto 3 hours late at times. any ideas how i can get my milk supply to increase?? Nikki
