Hi, I only just saw your post, it does sound like your supply is going up, your LO is still very young and your milksupply is still adjusting. The fact that you are leaking proper milk is a really good sign that you are producing, as is the fact that your LO seems content while feeding. They do seem to want to feed more at night so like PP said if you can co-sleep that would make it a bit easier. I didn't with DD but then I only had her to look after so could sleep during the day etc. I have a feeling I will with the next one lol!

If you LO is unsettled afterwards it could be that he just wants to suck, you might wanna try a dummy but the advise is to leave that until BF is fully established. My DD had a dummy from about 5 weeks and it did save my nipples! Until then she had wanted to be attached to me constantly ( it felt like) at night. I could see that she was no longer feeding after about 20 minutes just pacifying herself so once she had the dummy I got a lot more sleep lol!

Yup, sounds like you're doing great! Well done you, I know it's really tough at this time, feeling very anxious and unsure of everything! I found co-sleeping really helped with frequent night feeds.

hi a some of you know i wasworrying about my milk baby 9 days now on breast most the day feeds for up to an hour the dozes for hour then bk again-more frequent though if put him down as wakes up lol

anyway if im feeding on one boob my other will leak down me for a few mins then stop. they are also leaking like this when not feeding. the milk is also quite white now too . during the night hes having 2 bottles im pumping on one of them but he has to have the botte to fil him otherwise he will not sleep and i hve a 21month old to look after (last night i nearly gave up feeding as one of the feeds i breastfeed and he just wouldnt settle after and i was so tried like i am again tday

does it sound like my suplys going up??? he seems very cintent when feeding on me also
