im gutted i really wanted to keep it as it has all the info and notes in to say that i am still breastfeeding 16 weeks on

Ah thats a shame,maybe someone will hand it in to a doctors surgery and they will trace you? Don't give up hope yet it may turn up. x x

what can i do? i went for a walk and went back the same way home and it was gone
im really sad
the HV will give you a new one but it wont have all the notes in, i have lost my sons book and he his 2o months so i am really annoyed with myself. have no idea where it is. i only ever take it up to the doctors and back. am really hoping it is somewhere in the house
