ive been on it now for about 2 weeks increased abit im taking 2 capsules 3 times a day (started at 1 3 times a dya) theyve been ok juts have to get used to stinking of the stuff from every area on your body! i got them from a health food shop for about 7 for 100.

just a xaution tho i used it for a few days and my lo suffered with really bad trapped wind that took her ages to pass and really distressed her she was crying and straining a lot and would cry when it came out too. def gave her tummy ache.

my milk was increased but not worth the pain it caused lo which has gone now ive stopped

I'm taking 'more milk plus# which contains fengreek, fennel and thistle. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now and the only thing I have noticed is MOR MILK lol. Oh and I tend to swear more now. LO is content.

Im taking it & only negative is i & my babies smell like maple syrup....maybe not negative, just weird lol

I use it alot when i feel my supply is low i will take it for a couple of days.

I haven't had any problems, well lo trumps abit more.....lol.

It gave Poppy and I both really bad wind when I took it for 2 days - she is now almost 10 months think we took it around 10 weeks or so.

It got Poppy up in the middle of the night so we soon gave that up- she's still not sleeping through at 10months, we need all the help, not hinderance we can get!!!

hi ladies is anyone using fenugreek? if so how are you finding it and are you or baby having any side affects?

ive looked it up on the internet and cant find anything negative on it but just feeling cautious does anyone know if there is any thing bad about it? like does it just increase your milk or change it? and does baby feed as normal or seem to notice any change or be sick more or anything?
