have a chat with HV it maybe you need to wean a bit earlier x

Have a read of the threads, HV has just worried me and Weight issues!! Should I just give up??? , if you haven't already as there is lots of good advice on there. And I agree - get your HV to weigh him on their scales. I can loose half a stone just by weighing myself at my mums!!

It's worth bearing in mind that weighing at home isn't always accurate!  Take bubs to your HV to be weighed first before worrying yourself about weight gain!

My lo is 18 weeks and we've just come home from holiday and I've weighed him at home and he hasn't gained any weight in 6 weeks, he is exclusive breastfed and goes about 3 hours bewteen each feed although has now started waking in the night for a feed.

I'm thinking that he isn't getting what he needs from my milk and that maybe I should start mixed feeding,formula in day and first, last and night feeds still breastfeed?

Any advice is welcome
