I had that over a couple of days, what we did was that my hubby took over with lo and feed her ebm which was in the freezer so that I could rest and when I was awake I fed lo in bed, dont know what it was but felt fine after having a lot of sleep and relaxing.

Hi, Can I ask how old your lo is?
I ask as when my dd was only a few days old I got the same symptoms that you described, it came on very suddenly during the night and i was terrified as i had no idea what was going on. It calmed down after I had got myself warm, fed and had a hot drink. The feeling though of shakiness and nausea stayed for about a week. My midwife told me to up my food intake and my drink intake as it could be due to my body trying to make milk and therefore using up my energy. It did stop after I did this.
I continued to BF all the time I was feeling bad I just made sure I looked after myself better!
Make sure you are having enough Iron.
I have no idea what Bells syndrome is so I can't comment on that.
