Thanks Lily, I've always had to use both sides per feed as 1 never seems enough for her! Plus she cluster feeds in the evening, so both sides are normally used every hour to 90mins. She keeps smacking her lips and sucking her lips a lot recently, but she hates getting weighed so I'm hoping she's still putting on weight ok. She's alert and has lots of nappies as normal

my 20 wk old has started to wake up every three hours for a feed I think shes ready for solids but it can be so tiring ! one of the best tips i picked up from here in the earlier weeks was to keep putting dd back onto the same boob for about an hour or two during the evening feeds
i was alternating with every feed but apparently if you use the same boob for consecutive feeds they get more of the hind milk which fills them up and makes them sleep longer

Lo is still waking around every 2-3 hours every night to bf, is there anything I can do to have longer bits of sleep. Last night she woke almost every hour
