You can carry on taking them up it isn't nice to smell like it and I have to say both me and lo were very windy!   It says you can just stop taking them and you should be fine but I weaned myself off them by taking one less every day.  Glad it has worked for you

thought id put an update on for anyone whos thinking about using it

ive been onit for 3 weeks now and i think it has worked. Un usually only leak badly in the mornings as my boobs havent been emptied all night. Today though lo wenton and came off choking and both my boobs pretty much exploded with milk!! it was going everywhere and he couldnt latch on as kept going all over him hahaha was funny

I still honk of the stuff from everyhere my wee doesnt really smell now jjust ALL my body!

mine n los poop did change-sorry-but now ok and lo has very bad farts but thats it!!

im taking 2 three times a day and going to keep taking them

when can i stop? am i okto jsut carry on??
