thanks Lola, I have just nicked the Olbas Oil from DD's room lol! I am in the process of trying to get DD to sleep thro at the mo so might see if she will go without her feed or at least hold off until a bit later... 6 hrs should be enough do you think for it to have left my body?

It should be fine, my dr prescribed me some anti histimines a few months back for hay fever,  i didnt take them cause it said the side effects (or one of) was deep sleep, cant do that when co sleeping...

hold off on the spray until u can speak to a gp.....  try a bowl of steaming water with something minty to unblock ur nose....

Hi, I'm full of cold at the moment and I just used some Sudafed nasal spray to clear my sinuses, but after I had used it I noticed it says on the bottle not to use if BFing! DD usually has a feed around 2.30am do you think it'll be safe to feed her? Don't have any express milk or formula to hand so if not she's just gonna have to wait. DD is 8 months.
