I'm starting to wonder about this too. DD is 19 months but does tell when she wants her nappy changed ( if its a poo not a wee). I'm expecting again in Feb - when she'll be 26 months - so wondering if thats a good time to aim for. Certainly would help on the nappy mountain front!!!!!
No idea when to introduce her to a potty or anything!!! Help!
sorry didn't put her age she will be 2 in august. is this too young ??

my dd is 19 months and when were home i put nicers on her and she uses the potty or toilet now.. we have a few accidents but more often than not she'll let me knwo she needs to go or will just go get the potty herself. 'm not activly training her at the mo but as shes got this far i'm thinking of giving it a go as she seems so happy ad hateshaving a nappy on now. i Used to and still do put her on the loo first thing in the morning and if we're having a bath and left the potty lying about and over the last 2 weeks shes decided shed like to use it.. just give it a go if you introduce ti early it stops them being afraid of it I think,,, good luck i'm not to confident but M HOPIGN FOR THE BEST IN MY CASE LOL
