Hi
Yes I have tried putting her on the 'big toilet' with her kiddy seat on it but still no joy. She is happy to wet her knickers and say oopps!! I'm going to Holiday at the weekend but when I return I'm going to try the sticker thing and any type of bribery! Glad I'm not the only suffering mummy!! lol

My dd does exactly the same!!! It's so frustrating(spl!), hv suggested telling her to sit on the potty rather then asking her but I didn't find this helps. Am going to try stickers and a reward chart tomorrow, will let you know if I get any joy.

My dd is 2.3months and tells me when she's pooed. So I thought she'd be ready to start training as she starts pre-school in September. She Won't go near the potty AT ALL!! she LOVES having her knickers on but she just wee's on the floor!!! and through her pants. ANY HELP PLEASE???? should I buy a new potty???

My dd did this several mths ago when i thought she was ready, so i put her back in pull ups and didn't make a big deal of it. Last week she suddenly said "Alexander (boy from nursery)is a big boy and wee-wee's on the toilet, want knickers - i put her in knickers and she has been brill since, a few accidents, but no problem going on the toilet, and i have been praising her like mad, using stickers etc - she is v pleased with herself. She is 21/2 now.
I think you just have to wait until they are ready and not push it as that can cause problems in the long run.
