Hi - what do your boys do if they are left naked waist down for awhile?  I left my son naked for 3 days (apart from naps and nighttime) and he got the idea by day 3 - but he was/is using a potty chair - proir to that I let him sit fully clothed on the potty (at his instigation) to watch TV or read books.  Now we are working on pants/loose trousers - Once he has had a wee I put him in pants for about an hour and then off again for wee time.  I think it will be a slow progression.  Other ideas......chocolate treats first for sitting clothed on big loo, then in pants, then naked and then producing.....or playing that teddy/doll is going to the loo....putting on seat ect......or taking them to the loo with you everytime you go to get the idea and explaining what is happening whilst you do it........reading some books about tolieting - we have "I want my potty" by the little princess.  Ermmm can't think of anymore at the moment.  let me know how you get on.

hi i have twin boys that are nearly 3 they have given no intrest in potty training apart from crying everytime i put them on the toilet..i have the seat that fits onto the toilet seeing they are too big for the portable ones.i have tried the star system,just putting them in regular pants so they know when its too late...but they ignore the signs and the accidents they play about in wet clothes without a care.i have to watch them so carefully or i won't catch till way too late which is difficult becuse there are two of them and me and my 4 month old son too(dh is at work so he doesn't really get too involved even tho he wishes he could)any ideas on how to go about this?
