Sounds like she is ready or almost ready - do you have a potty around? If not get one and show her with a doll/teddy how to sit on it - let her sit on it fully clothed and then when she is used to it try naked - if/when she does something in it take her and it to the loo and show her that pee and poo goes here. Whenever possible take her to the loo with you to see the process - pants down, pee, wipe, pants up etc...... Get a potty book and read it at bedtime to reinforce the idea. Once she is happy with all this then I would go for it! I would try in say 2 weeks after to have "prepared" her.
Good luck
ps - my DS says poo instead of pee/wee too

my dd is 23 months , most of the time when she does a pee in her nappy she says mummy i poo, i no she supposed to say pee but she doesnt and everytime she says it she is wet and has peed , but doesnt do it when she has done a poo in her nappy
its confusing me , especially when she has her nappy off and she pees on the floor she gets all upset and starts crying then goes get something to wipe it up with , im so confused i dont no if she ready or not or maybe i should leave her a few more months firstthanks in advance

Yes - poos seem to be common problem - you could put it away for awhile so she forgets about that incident and try her for wees on the big toilet with a padded seat? I would definately keep taking her to the loo with you so she gets used to the whole process.
