I have bought a pair of trainer pants and am also just being brave and taking her out in pants. This is our second attempt at training and I used pull ups first time around which I think ruined out efforts as she got confused. Good Luck..I hate potty training!!

What about re-usable trainer pants? Being material they are more like his undies so not to confuse him with nappies. Try and take him the potty (or toilet) just before class and as soon as it finishes. Hopefully he should soon get the message. Good luck and keep at it!

Hi ladies

we have started potty training are little one who is 2 and a half, we started on thursday, i have put him straight into pants and have had many accidents but also a few wees in the potty he wont tell us when he needs a wee we are basically catching them in the potty when we can convince him to sit on it otherwise he just wets his pants

i take him to music classes and he also goes to little kickers with his daddy (3 times a week) so far i have had to put him into nappies when he goes to the classes as he doesnt seem to understand when he wants a wee..i am worried that i am confusing him by putting him in nappies when he goes to the classes? does anyone have any suggestions? as i cant see what to do when he goes to football classes and dont want to stay in all week as he loves them
