Dd was 4 end of July & probabaly dry for about a month, I did not do anything but wait till we had dry nappies in the morning for about a week & made a big deal of it, then took them off, I was putting her on the toilet for a wee when I went to bed, but she is doing fine now, had the odd accident but to be expected.

Hi, just thought i'd pop on and say my DS1 is nearly 6 and has been dry in the day since he was about 3/3 and a half but has only just started to be dry at night. We'd have nights of dryness then wet again. It's been a long bloody slog but hopefully (fingers crossed, touch wood) we've got there.
We just started limiting the amount he drinks in the run up to bedtime, made sure he wee'd before geting into bed, then lifting him when we go to bed. Like i said, he'd have days of being dry then he's wet again. Just persevere and try not to be upset or angry infront of them (though it's hard because it's so frustrating) They'll get there in the end.

my dd turned 4 yesterday and still waking up soaking. Went through a phase a few months ago when dry in morning so started using bed mats but then just reverted back and is not making any signs of improving. Hoping that when my nearly 2 starts training might encourage her to make more effort. Can't think of anything else to try.....

Hi,
I just posted a thread like this on the school aged forum because my ds1 started school yesterday but he still wears nappies to bed! He goes to the toilet last thing and first thing but is still wet. I've recently had the odd morning where the nappy was dry so i tried him without but he wet the bed every night but 1!
Apparently this is not uncommon and you're certainly not alone...we're in the same boat!!! I don't think they're much you can do but wait!! which kinda sucks when you've got a mil like mine

Hi anyone else have this problem???
He was dry through the day before he was 2 and a half.
Every morning when he gets up his nappy is soaked. Have tried taking him to the loo when i go to bed but it still soaked.
Any advice on getting him dry at night would be greatly appreciated.
