Hi, i have 3 kids. I started potty training all of mine in the Summer of the year they were 2.
I took off their nappies during the day and put them in pants/knickers. Bought a normal basic cheap potty and away they went.

gosh compared to me you all started quite early. We used to put DD on the potty at night before bath from just over 2 years old and then put her in knickers and proper training at 2.5 which was a total disaster (she clearly wasn't ready) so put her back in nappies and then tried again 2 weeks before her 3rd birthday and it has gone really well, its been 4 months now and we have only had a handful of accidents and they are few and far between.

my dd was 10 months when we did early training and she was trained by the time she was 14 months old, ds was 9 months old and was trained by the time he was 15 months old, i used the early training methods by baby whisperer tracy hogg.
good luck

hi my lo is nearly 11 months old and i have brough a potty training kit. what age did u start training?

DS has been using the potty since 12 m0nths (at first bathtime, then eventually at all nappy changes).
At 23 months hes now been in pants all day for the past 2 days and is at nursery in pants today. After about 19 months when he started telling us he needed to go we had seesions in pants (few hours each time, then nappy back on for meals, naps etc...)
