My son is doing the same, he gets a sticker every time he goes & two stickers if he manages to keep his training pants dry in between toilet trips.  He is going every few mins for a little dribble, I have stopped rewarding his little dribbles & only reward proper wees now, hopefully he will get the message.  But as I type this he is sat on the potty saying wee wee & he has only just been so I could have spoken to soon.

try and change the reward to a sicker or sum thing or just lots of attention when he does go
