You can steam anything in the microwave, just put in a dish with a small amount of water and cover. You can do fish, veg, chicken etc.

If you look on the cow and gate website there is a good recipe for cheese sauce which you make in the microwave.

Why not try making a little pizza bread under the grill, you could add some veg to them.

You can use the george foreman to grill veg, meat etc.

How about getting your mum to make up some meals and freeze them if you can, perhaps something like bolognese or risotto, casseroles with a few lumps in.

Have you thought about just getting a cheap camping stove so you can do things like pasta on that? You can get them for about £15.

Hope this gives you some ideas.

make any veg in microwave or jacket or boiled potatoes, add cheese to melt in with it. I suppose he could eat fishfingers, but might struggle with only two teeth, bless him!

How about pitta bread and cheese and tomato, I put mine in the toaster (not for long though) so the cheese melts a bit.  Make sure the tomato doesn't get too hot though. xx

    Hey KerryLouise!

Have you tried just microwaving some cauliflower and broccoli and then mashing with a little milk and cheese- quick and easy and tasty!!

My lo loves just wee bits of packet ham mixed with hers as well.

    xx

then for tea i usually give him a weatabix unless my mums made him carrots and mash for us to take ome which i freeze.

we dont have a cooker as were waiting til we move so we dont have tobe paid for it fitted twice and we cnt really afford 1 yet

were really short on money so i'm wondering if any1 as any cheep ideas i can do for him esspecially is tea as idnt think he should have weetabix all time and i dont think hes getting anough lumpy foods.

some1 sed they gave theres fishfingers.. can they really have fishfingers or does he have 2 have more teeth? coz if he could i could giv him fishfingers and chips/wedges coz that wont cost 2 much if i buy shop brands and he can feed them 2 his self
