i just make it how i make it for us...boil/steam the cauliflower and to make the cheese sauce...

melt a k*** of butter in a pan. once it melts turn off the heat and gradually add in a level desert spoon of cornflour or plain flour. then gradually blend in approx 300ml of milk (full fat for lo's). once all the milk is added in put it back on the heat and stir occasionally until it thickens. if you get the odd lump or two just whisk like mad lol once it's thick add in however much grated cheese you like then pour the sauce over the cauliflower. blend or mash to however your lo likes it. this will make quite a lot of portions for a baby but it freezes really well. my measurements are a bit rough as i tend to just to things roughly and hope for the best lol you can also make it half cauliflower and half broccoli which is quite nice and an easy way to sneak in some green veg
